Clinical research: Drug hypersensitivity in HIV infected subjects
Basic research: DC biology, HIV infection of DC subsets and DC-T cell interactions

Techniques/Expertise:

Cellular Immunology: Isolation and characterization of DC and other leukocytes from blood, lymph node, skin and thymus
Flow cytometry
Cell sorting including sorting in high level containment (PC3)
Molecular techinques including realtime PCR and genotyping
