Understanding host-pathogen interactions in bacterial infection of mammalian cells
Analysis of putative iron uptake genes in Clostridium perfringens
Virulence studies of Clostridium spp

Techniques/Expertise:

Immunological assays such as ELISA and Luciferase reporter assay.
Real time RT-PCR and southern blot analysis
Tissue cultures and laboratory animal handlings
